I knew I was in good hands when the process of creating the cover was a collaborative one: I had something very specific in mind, and we went through many versions until I was satisfied...no, over-the-moon happy. It was like that throughout the process. Cody was great, and I understand his support staff -- including Walter Krasniqi and Matthew Evans -- were critical in helping him fulfill my wishes, follow up on initiatives, and in general give my book the boost it needed.
